    250r Adjustable strut

I bought this off craigslist. But only one of my stock bushings fit.The other bushing is to small. All 4 seals fit.Is there any difference in the 85-86 link vs 87-89 .I checked durablue website and they show a different link part # for 85-86 and 87-89.Click image for larger version.

Yours is probably a TRX strut. They have different size bushings.

Let me know if you'd like a bushing made for your link.

I've got the dimensions copied down. All I need is your exact measurement of the bolt in inches. It should be .509, but I want to be sure.

there is 3 different types, 85 lowering strut(12mm bottom shock bolt), 86 atc and trx strut(14mm bottom shock bolt) and 87-89 strut(~1" shorter than 86 strut). 85 shock linkage(all parts) are a 1 year only part, I would get a complete linkage from a 86 atc or trx to make getting parts easy to get in the future. Once you have the 86 parts, drill the bottom shock bolt hole bigger.

I didn't get a chance to measure the bolt lastnight. I have a 86 atc 250r strut on my 85 now it bolted right on. I want to get the bushing for this strut from BKM so I can use it if needed. I want to try and install it on my 83 250r to lower that . Second gen trikes are hard to try and lower because of how the rear shock mounts.
