    Thanks guys!!!!!

Outerwears got back to me with a couple options, seems they do make some that fit my pod filter, but for some reason they don't pop up on their website.

I encountered another oddity while looking for this cover. Seems that the UNI Filter I thought I bought on eBay for my trike is NOT what the one I ended up with. I recall someone on the site (maybe Mosh?) turned me onto a 15 degree filter that fit the Tri-Z, but mine ended up resting on the frame. Turns out I bought a 4" long filter, but received a 6" long unit. I've order another 4" that will fit the Outerwear cover and keep the 6" for a spare while out there with the inner filter oiled and the outer one dry.

I made room in the shop for the trike last night, so this weekend she gets the once over. I can't believe it's been 6 months since TF!

Still has 20:1 break in mix with VP112 from TF. Must have turned to jelly in the bowl by now, guess I'll drain it and put some 50:1 in it. Any idea what they charge for race fuel out there?

My feet? Let's just say if you bring the toast I'll supply the jam!

Race gas from the pump at Loves in Yuma which is about 20 minutes east of the dunes is usually around $8-10 a gallon. 100 or 110 octane is the same price.

That's a decent price. I went directly to the VP refinery in San Antonio last year and pair almost $63 bucks for a 5 gallon can of C12.

You should see what it costs up in Canada for that stuff LOL! I thought the price was harsh back when I was racing a bike that consumed no more than a gallon or two on the weekend, but the car guys with big blocks in steel bodied monsters really had to have deep pockets.

I switched from 110 to 93 on my 310 and the only difference I noticed was a heavier wallet.

Outerwears, or pre-filter for UNI Filter

If you're not detonating you don't need it.
