Doing some yard work this weekend. Had my dump cart hooked to it, moving crap that's accumulated all winter around the house. Straightened out the bent footpeg and front rack. Installed new battery. Perfect for around the house.

He was below the falls. Whirlpool Jet boat tours boat went by in the vid. I did the tour a couple years ago. Best money spent. Not sure of all the regulations but I would imagine it was not legal. LOL

Got the 70 running. Replaced condenser, adjusted Valves and points. Runs great, needs a new intake boot. Thinking about selling it.

added new clip ends to some jumper cables made out of welding wire and a 2” hitch up from 1 7/8 on a homemade dump trailer. Overall built pretty well and a good deal for 200 imho

What was that made out of? Looks like some kind of tube cut in half.

Nice ski bkm and nice lineup Fabio, love the Yamaha 6bt, would like to locate a clean black 225 d
Dam- old oil tank, about 2/3 of one. Flip up tailgate. Gravity dump, axle at midpoint so balance and dump is good. Amateur welder it appears? On the tank/sealing up fill holes he went with braze (maybe to avoid burn though.) Front frame welds were reasonable, fender attachment points are meh but a difficult spot so maybe he was just due to the location. I’m gonna flip it upside down and look at that before I fix the lights, do wheel bearings, change tires and consider putting on road.

Rob looks good, I’m getting hungry just seeing it. Yum....

Got my forks done, of course I snapped the tip off my snap ring pliers in the first 5mins. Changed all the worn bushings, new oil. nasty sludge inside... easy job but the cleanup takes forever (two rolls of paper towels). Yup that’s my seal driver in the pics, actually works great. Any way here’s pics-Click image for larger version.

    Nice work!
It would still goad me (if u bought them new) on what I spent. All things break and fail but at SO price point you would bet that I would be looking for an exchange! (Not SO bashing, they are my go to for screw drivers and torx stuff as they stand up to my abuse)

Generally a couple times a summer on saturdays I take the kids to the “grafton flea market” in mass. You wouldn’t believe how many venders are selling slightly used tools, and new. I don’t think anyone knows how to use them anymore....lots of old steel parts/tooling also. The kids get pissed cause I dig through boxes to find the good stuff cheap.

I try not to spend much on tools, I have two brothers that stop by to “borrow” things

Starting putting the 317 back together. $80 for a starter and she runs like a Deere. Quick coat of paint, and it should sell pretty quick. Already sold the tiller for $200 more than I played for both. Can't believe what people will pay for old iron.
