How did you pay him? PayPal cut him off months ago for his previous thievery, so if he has a new PayPal address I suggest you file your complain and get your money back before your six months is up and he has your shock AND your cash. He is a master of bullsh*ting people into believing that he will complete their work and will use excuses like a dying mother, family problems, working extra hours, poor Internet connections, difficulty finding
parts etc.
