well i seem to accumulate them. got an
84 ytm 200 first reliable bike had since 98
yt175 (my buddy hit my brother on for mentioned ytm broke leg) since 02
yt 125/175 powered call it the mongrel since 07
zingger (which beets buddies pit bikes in backyard moto) since 07

unfortunately they never built anything with real suspension except the tri-z (my buddies is to fast for my taste )so i usually rock a 200x but like yamaha stuff better.

No yamahas with rear suspension! I guess you haven't seen my Pro Tec 175 rear suspension kit project yet then. Several friends and myself have the Pro Tec kits to add a rear swingarm to a yt175! Look for the thread on here about this and see what we are up to!

Im looking into an aftermarket exhaust for my 1985 ytm 225 dr and im looking at the dg rcm exhaust is there any type of mods that would have to be done? like jetting?

Check the thread titled "Pro tec 175 beginning", it's got plenty of motor shots. What exactly are you trying to do?

I was just looking at the list of Yamaha Trike owners, & I'd like to put in a request to edit 4 YT's on your list, if it's not too much trouble. Tecate kid, YT175 w/ Pro tec rear(He's going to have to tell you what else he's got going on w/ his rig) my YT125 is now a fully suspended Pro tec 175 - If possible on your list could you edit me(Pro tec rear, boyesen Power reeds, & NOS PK racing exhaust), Louis Meilke(125 w/ 175 front & coming this weekend a Pro tec rear, motor mods on the way & Bassani exhast), & Vealmonkey( MX175 motor, w/ clutch & kick start, NOS Bassani Exhaust, Many motor mods, & custom triples)as such, because we're very proud, & want the Yamacommunity to know it!

Well, why not? I will edit the list of machine for each of you. In the Pro-tec 175 beginning I read that Vealmonkey, Louis Mielke and you seems to wrench together, if you had a chance to take pictures of all your modded YT together it would be cool.

Thanks man, I'll try and get a shot of the three together soon, although Pat's might be motorless while he's getting his crank done.

hello i have a 1983 ytm 200 it looks in good shape but i have lot of fix to do i loove it but i need plans for all the parts: i dont know where ihave put my pic but i will upload one soon
