87 200x broken front fender bolt

I recently discovered that after taking my front fender off, the 4th bolt was broke off. I tried getting it with a pipe wrench, pliers, vice grips, but there is not enough left to grab. Any suggestions??

Flip the forks over, set a nut over the broken bolt, put the weld on the inside of the nut. Turn it out with a wrench. You might want to let it soak it with PB Blaster.

Gets in the threads, loosens it up.

8675309 did it in this thread. Post 28 (fastest pic I could find). I know you have less to weld to, but it can be done.

I would drill a hole in the bolt and use a tap or whatever its called to get it out, but that may be hard to get the hole drilled. Or you could just drill it out completely and re-thread the hole when done.
