I dont think Dirt bike forks are big enough to hold a three wheeler tire.
Does anyone have a suspension that would work on my atc90?
Nice little bike. Doesn't seem like it needs much. I can see why you want fenders though.
no dirt bike forks wont work, but with a chop saw and welder you can use your current forks and just weld the shocks on.
im no expert on the 90's but i pretty sure a 200S front end will bolt on with no mods except the steering stops, correct me if im wrong, but Ive positiver Ive seen them one here like that. http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/s...&highlight=GPX

When i get my plastic fenders i was thinking about painting them a different color.
Would that work very well , is their a special process to make the paint hold better?
Also i found a 200x front end suspension would that work on my honda atc 90?
I just found out that the guy already sold his fenders so i'm back to think about fiber glass.Would it work if i encased my whole fender in fiber glass.
i would just just make new ones all together and the 200x front end wont fit your bike you need the 185s or 200s front forks if you want suspension. below is the process i would do.
The process i would take is you can take some aluminum foil to lay on your old fenders...the reason for this is it will make it to where you can easily remove the fiberglass once it is fully dry with out it or some bee's wax it will be very hard to remove the fiberglass from the plastic without damaging it. the mixture for the hardener and resin will ither make or break this project to much and it will dry to fast and be very brittle to little and it will take forever for it to dry so make sure you get the right mix. and you can do what lukeatc said and get some of that rubber lining to put on the edges after you sand prime and paint it...good luck

do not fiberglass them fenders. i think someone on here can locate you a set pretty cheap. By the time you spend the money for material you are alsmost to the price of a used set.
As much as i do not like the way Fabiodriven stated his opinion earlier. I must agree with him. please take your time. Used the zip tied fenders until you get something nicer. the zip tied fenders will look a hella lot better than what you are going to recreate. If you had nothing it would have been fine.
Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

That is a good price.I have always had an interest in fiber glassing so i think i will still try it and if it dont turn out i will buy some.I'm going to do the front fender first since its smaller. How thick should it be or how many layers of fiber glass should
their be?
