    My new Toy (porsche)

Well this car has been a childhood dream for many moons. Well I finally decided to bite the bullet and find one to get. I got this one in east TN in super nice condition. I gave the guy a nice cash offer and he took it. So going to have to clear out the 3rd car garage so she can fit in there nicely.

    Its a 1990 Porsche 928 S4 with 78k miles on it.

Here are a few pics of it, enjoy.

Nice! I didn't know Porsche made v8's back then. I thought everything was a straight 6.

Nice car I dated a guy that had one. Then I started dating a guy with a 1985 Mustang Red. Well I will take the Mustang any day. I married the guy with the mustang. He also has a 86 Mustang White They both run Great but the Red one is pretty and is a 12 sec car kicks A** on the track. You raced anything with that yet?

i only drove a 1985 porshe that had well over 100k and was pretty whooped but it still sticks in my mind as a great drivers car . I don't think many would say they are "pretty" cars or over the top performers but they are a real nice drivers car Congrats enjoy it!!!

Well when I decided to buy something like this, I wasnt looking for the fastest thing around, nor the best performer. If I did, I would have gotten a skyline, supra tt or another 300zx tt like I had. But call me old, I am not needing all that speed crap anymore, I was just wanting something I had my eyes on when I was a young lad in california. I had the 914/944 but always like the Different Look of the 928. Now do I love 911/993, heck yeah but I think they are a dime a dozen around here and still high dollar for worn out ones. So I really wanted to get this 928 to cruz around and enjoy life............peace

    Nice score, Scott!

I've loved the 928's since I first saw them. Like you said, they were built to run flat out for long periods of time.....comfortably and reliably. Drag cars are what's a dime a dozen.
