i just put a new motor in the 85 200x old one was tired and wore out gonna go through that one and soop it up i think. motor looks like new it was a recent rebuild i didnt reliaze how tired my old one was its not the same year mototr i put an 84 200x motor was little bit cheaper then the 85. but any ways any body tell me how meny thousanths the valve clearance gotta be because thats the only thing is they make noise so i have to adjust them and dont have specs for that

Measure them with the motor cold and be aware that when you tighten the locknut, you may change the setting. Sometimes you have to set them a bit looser and when you tighten the locknut they end up being at .003.
You also have to be at TDC on the firing stroke.....
