    adjusting the carb..

i got my bike timed again, but it wont start cause of the carb i believe cause that was the last peice i messed with.(i pull over it does nothing, i pull over with full open throttle it starts n dies) so i was just wondering how to set it properly my bike is a atc200.
the lil flat head screw on the bottom outside is turned all the way right so the pin inside is sticking out.. and the one in the middle of the carb is screwed on all the way...

help this bike has been sitting for atleast a good 3months i changed the gas, plug etc

is it a new carb? or freshly rebuilt? because it can be a guessing game setting a carb if its not clean.
Looking for some smaller style tires like the r's have, just 2 back tires. pm please.

There is no setting for the main and pilot, the needle should be in the center clip. The airscrew can be played with by 1/4 turn at a pop.

Are you sure the main jet and pilot jet have been removed and cleaned spotless??
