Take the carb apart. If gas is pouring from it, sounds like the needle is stuck...

If you've cleaned it twice and its still pouring gas, either your float isn't floating, the rubber tip on your needle is junk, or the seat is dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Also, is the intake bolt on your cylinder stripped? Or the intake stud on your carb? If its the intake stud on your carb, just put a longer bolt through it with a nut on the other end. If the cylinder is stripped then you will need a tap to re-thread it to a larger size.

Did you read the manual, like instructed to do so, in earlier posts?

Everyone has to start somewhere. I have a big red. I had a bunch of issues too. But just keep at her, ask for help when you need it and READ READ READ!!! Videos are nice too but hard to find.
Start with the easy things first. Change plug, clean air filter, fresh gas. Try to spray some Quick Start into carb, then give it a go. But I agree with above guy. If fuel is pouring out then its a good chance its your float. Open it up and make sure the float spring is not damaged, or placed improperly.

Cleaning your carb really isn't all that difficult. There is tons and tons of advice and some really good guides to doing it on this site if you look for them. Learn how to used the "advanced search" feature. Search something along the lines of "carb cleaning" under titles only. I've linked to a few articles I just found by running that search. It may seem intimidating if you haven't done it before, but it is pretty simple, and there are not a whole lot of parts in a 110 carb. You can do it! Let us know how it goes.
