Well i got lucky with the 452.I used a bare stock new fcr 39mm and it worked perfect. No jetting changes at all.As far as the seat goes, couldn't tell ya,lol. It's been a long time.It was one of the well known companies i believe. If i saw the name,i'd probably recognize it,lol.

Here is my 1985 350X which I just brought home about a month ago. It's a pretty clean, mostly original machine.

Oldiron, where is the rest of your front fender? Jk, over all it's got some nice stuff on it, nice rear tires especially. Nice seat and tank as well.
Tell me something cannot be done and I will likely do it just to prove you wrong.
It doesn't make sense to tell me something can't be done after I've already done it.

The bobbed front fender was part of the "Performance Package" offered in '85.... Actually, the guy I bought it from said that there was a small crack in the tip of the front fender, so rather than zip-tie it, he trimmed the fender. I guess I've looked at it long enough now, where it just looks "normal" to me, lol.

You have one of the nicest collections of 3 wheelers I have ever seen, Your 250sx is by far the nicest 250sx I have ever seen.

And BTW the 350/492 is running great, pulls real strong, tons of torque and throttle response.
