there ia another way also, kart hubs come in 1.250 and the sleeve welded in a stock 70 hub is also 1.250 .. pretty easy to cut the hub off the sleeve and drop billet kart hub on ,,,

SEARCH "CHUBBY" AND YOU CAN SEE PICTURES OF THE FIRST ONE I DID,,, then I figured out that the splined sleeve in a stock 70 hub is 1.25 and you can get kart hubs in 1.25 .. so you chuck the hub in the lathe and remove the flanges,, you end up with a sleeve with splines in the inside that will slip inside a kart hub ,, thghten up the pinch bolts and bolt it on,, and they make several different offset hubs too,,,
Here is the first of the videos from yesterday.I hope everyone enjoys it.

OK I get it now.
The more the merrier!!! It was fun yesterday. We had some really tight racing. Lots of bumping and nudging in the corners. It was a riot.
The one with the white fenders belongs to Turbo. He's a cheater. He said it was a 120. You know how racing goes. If it looks like a 120......It must be.....NOT!
Mine is a 108. I was also the lightest guy out there at 170 pounds. Here is another video. I hope this link works.

You couldn't find a nicer bunch of guys. We all cheat.......a little. We all do our own engine work and share ideas and possibilities when we aren't on the track. Randy Gibson, the owner of the property, used to own an Motorcycle / atv repair shop and raced MX and Flat track. These guys have been racing these things here for over 15 years and have tried everything you can imagine to get them to go faster and handle better. I'm the new guy, even though I'm the oldest one out there. You should come out and join in the fun sometime. I'm not sure if we have more fun out on the track or sitting around around B.S.ing when we're taking a break between rounds.

I'm not going to cheat,I'm going to run a 190. Now weather I can ride it and set it up is a whole different question.
I'm waiting on a call tonight to see if this guy is going to sell me this one and if "U-Ship" can get it here for a good price. So far only one guy contacted me that said he can have it here towards the end of the month,so we will see,but yes I would love to come over and play. I already looked at google map,it's only 4 hours from here.
Bring your helmet, I would be happy to supply the trikes, mine are already set up for our track, and you can use them for your r&d, if your up for the road trip, let us know when, my trikes will be ready![]()

That wouldn't be a bad idea, but if you would rather just wait and bring yours, I'm sure Race Demon, Turbo and Gibby could help you get yours set up. When I first took mine over it had stock wheels and tires on it. They hooked me up with a set of kart wheels and tires that worked real well with the engine set up I had. I'm sure we all have extra wheel and tire combinations laying around. Just show up and we'll make sure you leave with a smile on your face.![]()

Thanks for the offers, but I don't like riding someone else stuff.
The guy never called me back today like he said he would. I'll keep looking, the shipping was going to cost as much as the bike anyways.
Really all I need is a frame with the rear end stuff in it,forks with the hub and axle, seat and tank but you can find complete bikes for the price of those parts.
You might find one here. Gibby said something yesterday about one being for sale somewhere around here. Maybe Dan, Race Demon, would know who it is that has it.
Here is another video. I have some pictures I'll get up when I finish eating.
