You might want to find a larger picture btw.
But anyways, it looks good from what I can see. The rake looks to be a little out too far, but thats just how it looks from a little picture and I havent ridden it so I cant say. Similar to the color scheme on my bike.

Does it have a differential rear end to be legal on the road in all states?

i had a dual purpose bike before i converted it, i just live by the dunes and the bike sucked bad in sand so i converted it.
any dual sport bike can be made a street legal trike, its expensive and pretty much up to your dmv to pass it, local cops will pull you over and check it out too.
my advice if you want to ride the street, buy a dam harley!

if your looking for a sportster keep your eye on the classifieds you can pick em up for 1k to 1500 at times I built a few of em. I put merc springer front ends on em and raked em out. they are alright for a small town bike but you will prolly tire of it pretty fast. but they make a ton of stuff to make it look cool !!

yeah Im just saying sportsters aren't a high dollar bike so you might be better off selling that buying a sportster on the cheap and using the left over cash to customize it

good point, ive been checking local oregon craigslist, seems like a decent sportster goes for 3-5 grand around here.
