I've received mixed messages about this. I really want to put an extended 300ex axle in my 86' 350x. Most likely a Lone Star or possibly a Durablue Eliminator. Some people say to use all 300ex hubs including the sprocket hub. Others say to have the 350x sprocket hub pressed on to the 300ex axle. Can someone please shed some light on this subject once and for all? I want to do this right and I don't want to have to worry about sprocket and chain alignment using spacers and what not. I would like to have it all bolt up like it was meant to be there. I don't like having the Durablue Heavy Duty axle being the only aftermarket option for my bike. If I have to get a new carrier and all new hubs I will. Again I would just like it to be correct so I don't have to buy things twice. To anybody out there that has done this swap or knows how to do it properly, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
