1982 200E front fork and suspension interchangeable with 1983 200E?

Can a front fork and suspension from a 1982 Honda ATC 200E replace the front forks and suspension on a 1983 Honda ATC 200E?

yes - same thing - also same as 1984 model ATC200ES.

NOTE - these were the poorest designed front forks Honda ever built - the seals let water leak into the forks - then the insides of the forks just rust and rot. Finding a good pair is like finding a needle in a hay stack.

    Good Luck.

Are you POSITIVE? I am not questioning your knowledge, I just want to make sure before purchasing them. The Honda part numbers are different for the '82 and '83.

    Thanks!

    P/N for whole assy = 126638-001

I know for sure they all interchange and I know for sure E-Dog does not have a set of these.

These are the ones I am trying to fit on a 1983 200E. I was told that they were off a 1982 200E. Do you agree?
