    '82/"84 body info needed

Hi guys newb here, well not so new, I've been searching the site extensively since last August on info about my '82 185s that was given to me. It was purchased new in 82-83 by my parents friends and only ridden about 5 times by the wife. She was riding across some sand and water and it flipped up on her trapping her under the water so she never touched it again and it sat in their garage the past years.

Its really clean I had to put new tires on it the ones in the pic fell apart after a few hours of riding, they were actually the originals from 82-83, lol. I put a cobra pipe on it and a k+n filter plus a bigger main jet. I just upgraded to some suspension forks thanks to the info on this site!

I had a question though about the plastics and gas tank. This is an 82 model will the gas tank and plastics fit on a 84 200s frame?

    thanks

    -Matt

    Gas Tank: yes
Fenders: No The 200s is bolted to the frame and the 185s is bolted to the seat.

That is a sweet looking trike. Don't overinflate the tires like that anymore though. It tears the tires apart from the inside out.

    thanks doods.

Thanks for the info on the body stuff. I saw a suspension '84 200s frame on ebay and was gonna buy it but I'll just hold out and buy a nice 200x model.

Thats the one I always wanted. Those trikes are pretty sweet.

On the tires yeah I had probably 7psi in them but they were so old I guess they couldnt handle it. I put some duro mud and sands on there and they look and ride awesome.
