Seeing that the bike has been sitting idle for a couple of weeks, waiting on parts, I figured I'd do some quick math and add up all the parts and services so far in case if anybody was interested...All in all, I have $1,360 invested, cash out of pocket.. I still need to add up some other stuff but, I don't know how much it will be yet

yup, got them, Thet were put on my back porch, and when I drove into my driveway,I noticed them on the stairs and I said, way to go edog!!

Like I said in the last post, I got the new plastics from edog and of course my cat had to check them out,, Just in case if you were wondering, ones a Mossberg 16., and the other one is a H&R 12.

They are a little big for the down tubes but the clamps that they give you tighten up nice,,, Here's the auction on which I got them

I braised up your heat shield and I'm coating it NOW in Satin Hi Temp Black - This is the last of that powder, it's nearly 40$ for 1lb..... Looks real nice, but very pricey, so... I figured I'd use it up on both of our shields. And I think I can just squeeze in 2 coats.

Hoping to finish and coat the front part of your exhaust today also. I have some less expensive Smooth Hi Temp black for that.....

Don't worry, we'll keep the bill under a thousand J/K..... You'll be all set Tankster.

Here's a huge update,, By the end of the day tomorrow, I should have a roller, We'll see. All depends on how much enthusiasm I have..Got the parts that I was waiting for on thursday. Gave DC a call and he said come on over.. Loaded all the stuff I needed and headed to his house.. He had most of my parts done with a nice fresh coat of powder on them..
Here's a list of parts freshly powdered:
front and rear hubs:::in Red
Exhaust header, and shield::: Black
Headlight glass hinges:::straightened, blasted, and powdered in black, no more cross-eyed lights
Rear hub spacers:::: Black
Engine mount aluminum spacers:::Black
Seat latch soon to be done in:::Black
I also got new bearrings for the front hub, and steering stem, already installed
New front SS brake rotor, from that closeout deal
New front, and rear brake pads
