HELP!! Aftermarket Footpegs for my Honda ATC 250R

Can anyone point me in the right direction towards finding a set of aftermarket footpegs for my 85 ATC 250R. Need to get some beefier ones on there. I bought a nice set before for my old trike but don't remember where I got them or who they were made by. Thanks , Oh and hi everyone just signed up to the site.

you could go with 86 peg plates and ims/roll 86/87 trx250r pegs. Walsh also sells nice pegs for 86/87 250r's, the holes need to be ovaled to fit on the atc's. 85 and 86 pegs and plates are different, 86's being much stronger. 86/87 trx peg plates fit w/ some ovaling, the pegs raise ~1" with them. I bent 85 and 86 peg plates, even new ones.

    1st

I'd go for the walsh 86/87 trzx250r pegs and mod them to fit the atc.

    2nd

You aren't gonna bend 86/87 trx peg plates, if you can get them, get roll/ims 86/87 trx250r pegs.

    Welcome to 3WW!!

You can also buy some super trick and sharpest pegs in the world (too sharp for me ) from Hagen SP?? or as I call him " the big tall German dude...." that works too.....

They aren't cheap but the workmanship is fantastic.

I went 450r pegs welded to the stock plates, cost about 10 bucks for the pegs and about 1/2 of my time.

Best upgrade ive done to my R IMO

I had a set made for my 350X by HRE ATV. They are awesome and cost less than the IMS ROLL pegs.

PM Jason Hall. He sells adaptors that accept 450R pegs and bolt directly to your bike for $29! 450R pegs are huge, solid and cheap!

I realize this is an old thread, but I have these plates to mount 450R pegs on my 250R. I bought the 450R Blingstar pegs. The Blingstar pegs mount like 3" + away from the mount flange leaving a big gap.. Why would the Blingstar 450R pegs look so much different than the stock 450R pegs? I may have overthought this..

I assumed (yeah, I know) that trx450 pegs would mount and be positioned the same regardless of if they were oem or Blingstar. Apparently, Blingstar decided to space them out 3" from oem. I don't understand why they look so different. The footpegs are almost as wide as the fenders.

maybe you could cut the pegs and weld them right to the plate, eliminating the three inch mounting area..

ID:	117711I am glad the adapters got there that quick for you. Sorry for the crappy phone pic I just ran out to the garage to get a shot but my roll design pegs look like they stick out just as far as the blingstar pegs you got. Also with the kick up at the end they are as wide as the fender.
