It is an aftermarket kit that bolted on to the 350x. They pop up from time to time on Ebay. Goki also made one for the 185/200 models as well. There is a 185s with a Goki kit on it for sale in my area right now.

Goki was still in business when I bought a kit from them a few years back for an ATC200. They made alot of these kits for Odysseys also.

Here is where I bought mine from

Still available for the 350X , but they are expensive!

They are definitely still available. I got mine from JL ATV. I hope to have a ride (Start?) report in the next few weeks. I am hiding my starter in plain sight:

I've got one on my 350X, works pretty good after the engine is warmed up, I.e.~ after 15+ minutes of liberal ride time. When the engines cold, it has a hard time cranking her over. Not sure if that's a common issue, but it works fine for me as I'd rather push the button vs kick after I'm wore out from riding it! The push button is pretty basic, I have considered trying to swap a kill switch assembly from a 400ex to utilize a factory starter button. Also, it sounds like a riding lawnmower when cranking over.
