Ordered a set for my Z and also my Tecate. Hopefully both get filled. I am putting a separate thread up in the Tecate group for the Tecate nerfs.

^^^good idea, the same should be done for the Tri-Z as well...I think bkm's post has been offically high-jacked. Thanks for the heads-up as #5 means Fri everyone commited will get the offical call and the ball is rolling.

Looks like a TPC450R replica/retro X on the top of their page...very nice!

Hi-Jack away, this is awesome as far as I'm concerned, I was just speading the word, because I know some guys don't use facebook. Seeing that they work in aluminum I was refering to a basic Tri-z tank that would be more function over form or beauty. I would be perfectly happy with boxy flat pieces and exposed welds. The Flying Brian tanks are beautiful and worth every penny, but I don't need a work of art for a race bike.

I sometimes look at my wifes ring and consider it to be a REALLY expensive rock too...but man it makes her happy and looks awsome to this day.

I just called and put my name in for my 85 Tecate and 85 Tri Z. The Tri Z is already to go for production, they are needing 1 more order for the Tecate!

Do they actually eliminate the foot peg, or just mount around it? They appear to still be there in the pics.

I have been wanting to pull the trigger on Hagen's Pegs, but these are similar price and a little more protective.

on the Z they mount around the stock peg. on the R, stock pegs are replaced by the nerf. i was hoping the stock Z pegs would be replaced but i guess it didnt work out. still nice to have these readily available. cant wait to mount them!

I will be calling tomorrow to see how many we are at for the Tecate nerfs. I would be willing to order two sets if that's what it takes to fill the minimum. Stay tuned....

They are hoping to get to the Tecate nerfs this coming summer. They indicated that business is good and right now catching up on orders is their main focus.
