I went to see Nitro Circus last night in Toronto, Ontario. CA. It was a a indoor show where the Maple Leafs play. Great show and a must see. Sorry. No pics at this time as my phone is having that time of the month...

They have come to Hamilton a couple times but never went. Back in 2014 Bruce Cook broke his back in Hamilton. He is from Canada. He was there last night and did a back flip on a modified bike!!!

My GF got us the tickets for my B-DAY.

All set for the woods. The arch works well on the front for some of the tight trails. Straddle log, lift up so tongs engage and then back down to lift log

Everything ready for the 4:30 am departure tomorrow morning for a weekend in Frisco and a 2 day trip back on hwy 1. I could really use a small pull behind trailer for all my wife's "stuff". Nice little 3 bike group

Repacking my first hydraulic ram. Leaking at gland at ram/ram wiper. As an aside, I thought I ordered the right parts however what I got is not what I needed. I got just the o-ring no wiper/seal. Maybe These can be ordered based on gland/rod dimensions/diameter??

Anyway, extracting w some help. I did remove the lines but it was just a little bit stuck and I couldn’t quite pull it out by hand. Popped easily

Ram back on to break nut free.

You’re a man of many talents Doc. I’ve never had the nerve to open a cylinder like that.

^ The DYNAHOE I had with a Detroit Diesel, had a 4" piston on the boom. I changed those seals by myself - It was crazy, blocks of wood and cables/pulleys/junk, but it worked.

Now, with my 500C JD, I use a local shop for the seals. They can get you your wiper by gland/piston dimensions etc. Of course they will rebuild the whole thing, but I never let anyone take my pain...

The hydraulic shop is in Holbrook - http://www.cylinderrebuilder.com/ hooked me up, I ruined one seal, they helped me get another FAST - Then I made a "UHMW Seal twister inserterererer installer." lol...

Older shop, nice people, cool ...

    thx,
I think I will have to bring the end-piece to a shop and just have them install the wipers/o-ring, at least I did the hard part!

And I noticed you have a brand new piece of pipe for a breaker bar... Did you run to Homie D for that??

One time I couldn't get a piston out, Too big and too heavy.

So I used the hydraulics, that thing shot off like a rocket!! LMAO...
