Barn/Basement/Garage find. Whats your best find?

Was just wondering about some of the best deals you guys have gotten. Whether it was mint and untouched for 20 years and kept in an old mans basement, or just parked and forgotten about and beat to hell. My personal best find would be my 350x. I posted an add of Craigslist looking for old ATCs and i recieved an email from a guy that lived about 40 minutes away. Anyways, alittle ways from his house he has a barn where he had parked a bunch of wheelers about 5-6 years ago. He had brought all of them up here from Arizona, and the was going back and selling the barn so he had to sell them. In the barn there was an 82 185s, 2 84 250r's, 84 200x and a 200x frame, 2 4 wheelers(one had a 350x engine) and then the 350x and some various other parts. The 350 was in the best shape of them all(minus a whopped front tire, junk plastics and no seat) and he said was the last one the only runner when he parked them(the Rs has tranny problems and the 200x needed a clutch). So i couldnt believe it when he said he would take $350 for it. Now this was i had really began to study wheelers so i had no idea how good of a deal i was getting. (Eventually me and a buddy went and bought the rest of the wheelers and parts and divided them up, they all got sold except for a few parts i still have) Since then i have got a new seat, shock boots, a decent front tire and plastics on the X and it is running great! Although i need to find a copper washer that goes in the top of the carb on the throttle arm, because it will thottle hard sometimes(where can i find one the right size?) Someday i want to tear it down and do a full restoration, but that will be down the road

Our best find probably was our 78 atc 90 it sat in a museum most of its life then in a guys garage were it sat untouched untill we got it a year ago the bike is almost mint. when we got it home we went threw it and serviced it we found what looked like the original air filter from 78 and the actual title was in the tool box with all the original tools in there bag. oh and got a new throttle cable for it.

That's a real barn find! I once got a 200x minus engine for $50 and parted it out for a bit more.

My Tri-Z was only 400 needing a top end, otherwise rough but unmolested.

My best deal so far was my Yamaha IT425. I traded it heads up for a blown up '79 rm125 that I got for free. The IT needed an engine rebuild (stuck from sitting) but looked like it wasn't ridden since the mid-80's.

And my next great deal is almost complete. I'm rebuilding an old IT465 for a friend, who is paying me with his mint "96 RM250 that has only been ridden 4 times since '99. I think I'm going to turn the RM into a trike. 52 hp stock sounds good to me!

It's hard to pick because I have actually only spent $100 to acquire all three of them. Although I cannot begin to imagine the fortune that I have sunken into them. All of them were killer finds though.
