1985 250sx clunking noise from motor

I've had this 250sx for about a year now. Never any problems. Road it on the open road topped out for a good few stretches and now it's making a clunking noise when I start it up, but goes away when I give it throttle. Any ideas what it could be?

It seems like the lower left side of the motor. I'm going to pull it out tomorrow and have another look st it

Okay so I pulled it out again yesterday and it's definitely bottom right side of the motor (kick start side). It shifts fine. The case would vibrate as i gave it throttle. But that when I it off. The whirling sound gets louder. And it won't start with the electric start like it use to. I took a video of it yesterday. Not sure if I'm able to upload that on here
